The comprehensive water storage irrigation system comprises a rainwater permeation layer, a main water storage pool and an auxiliary water storage pool, wherein the main water storage pool is located below the rainwater permeation layer, a branch slope is arranged in the main water storage pool, a first pipeline and a second pipeline which are obliquely arranged are arranged in the branch slope, and a first water valve and a second water valve are arranged on the first pipeline and the second pipeline. According to the comprehensive water storage irrigation system, three stages of water storage pools are arranged, so that rainwater collected by the sponge city is effectively utilized while the water storage capacity is improved, the whole comprehensive water storage irrigation system adopts feedback adjustment, the working states of the water valves and a drainage pump are controlled through feedback of liquid level sensors, and the purpose of automatic adjustment is achieved.
