The invention discloses a steel bar stirrup. The steel bar stirrup comprises a vertical rod, a cross rod, an upper clamp and a supporting horizontal rod. The cross rod is connected to the upper end of the vertical rod and used for supporting an upper-layer steel bar. The upper clamp is located on the cross rod and used for being connected with the upper-layer steel bar in a clamped mode. The supporting horizontal rod is connected to the lower end of the vertical rod and used for abutting against a lower-layer steel bar. The steel bar stirrup is simple in structure and convenient and fast to mount, a large number of resources are saved, and the mounting time is saved; in addition, during later adjustment, dismounting is fast, and meanwhile the structural stability can be kept; and in addition, the anti-overturning capacity is enhanced, the safety and stability are improved, meanwhile, the construction cost is saved, and the steel bar stirrup conforms to the green and environment-friendly construction concept.
