Sliding grooves are concavely formed in the deepest positions of the through grooves, connecting blocks are movably arranged in the sliding grooves, connecting grooves allowing the connecting blocks to be inserted are formed in the end faces of the ends of the lower-layer rods, and limiting pieces used for limiting axial rotation of the connecting blocks are arranged in the connecting grooves. Driving pieces used for driving the connecting blocks to slide up and down in the sliding grooves are arranged on the upper-layer rods, and adjusting pieces used for adjusting the gaps between the lower-layer rods and an external floor bottom plate are arranged at the bottoms of the lower-layer rods. According to the residential floor supporting structure, the problems that in the prior art, a floor supporting device is complex to install, and the height of the supporting device needs to be adjusted to adapt to the floor height are solved.
