Lifting traction mechanism of double-layer parking device
Provided is a lifting traction mechanism of a double-layer parking device. The mechanism aims at solving the problems that a steel cable rusts, the specification of a hanging belt is large, and the overall size is large. The mechanism comprises a gear motor installed on a side beam of an upper-layer frame of the parking device; a first sling winding wheel and a first synchronous transmission wheel which are installed on a cross beam are arranged at the two ends of a lifting transmission shaft of the gear motor; a second synchronous transmission wheel in transmission connection with the first synchronous transmission wheel through a synchronous connecting rod is installed on the cross beam; the second synchronous transmission wheel is fixed on a synchronous transmission shaft; a second lifting belt winding wheel is mounted on the synchronous transmission shaft; lifting belts are fixed on the first lifting belt winding wheel and the second lifting belt winding wheel; and the lifting belts sequentially bypass a fixed pulley and a movable pulley to be fixed on a vehicle carrying plate. The lifting traction mechanism of the double-layer parking device is simple and ingenious in structure, corrosion can be prevented by applying the non-metal lifting belts, and traction force of a steel rope or a chain can be reduced by applying a pulley block, so that the specification of the lifting belts and the load of a power source are reduced.
一种双层停车装置的升降牵引机构,其目的在于解决钢索生锈、吊带规格较大,整体尺寸大的问题;包括安装于停车装置上层框架侧梁上的减速电机,减速电机的升降传动轴两端设有安装在横梁上的第一吊带卷绕轮和第一同步传动轮,横梁上安装有经同步连杆与第一同步传动轮传动连接的第二同步传动轮,第二同步传动轮固定在同步传动轴上,同步传动轴上安装有第二吊带卷绕轮,第一吊带卷绕轮和第二吊带卷绕轮上固定有吊带,吊带依次绕过定滑轮和动滑轮固定在载车板上;本发明结构简单巧妙,应用非金属吊带可防止锈蚀的发生,滑轮组的应用可减少钢索或链条的牵引力,从而减小吊带的规格和动力源的负载。
