Manufacturing method for pure three-layer solid wood composite floor
The invention provides a manufacturing method for a pure three-layer solid wood composite floor. The manufacturing method includes the following steps of: material preparation: namely preparing a panel, a whole core board and a whole bottom board; balancing: namely balancing the moisture content; pressing and pasting: namely coating each plate with formaldehyde-free glue, and carrying out hot pressing once to form a plate blank; curing: namely pressing the plate blank with a heavy object, and curing for a plurality of days; slitting: namely cutting the plate blank into a plurality of battens; sanding: namely sanding the surfaces of the battens to be smooth; drawing: namely drawing the panel to form texture patterns; mortising: namely forming male insert-buckle type tenons and female tenon at the four sides of the battens to form a wood floor; and paint coating: namely coating the surface of the wood floor with a UV paint. Compared with a traditional three-layer or pseudo-three-layer wood floor, the pure three-layer solid wood composite floor is manufactured from a single panel, a single core board and a single bottom board; due to use of less boards, less glue is used, so the pure three-layer solid wood composite floor is more environmentally friendly; meanwhile, only a single core board is used, so the interior of the wood floor is more compact, and the deformation problems such as rib line are avoided.
本发明提供一种纯三层实木复合地板制造方法,包括以下步骤:备料:准备面板以及整张的芯板和底板;平衡:将含水率平衡;压贴:在各板张上涂上无醛胶,一次热压成板坯;养生:使用重物压在板坯上方,养生若干天;开条:将板坯裁成多个板条;砂光:将板条的表面砂光至平整;拉丝:在面板上拉出纹理图案;开榫槽:在板条的四周开出插扣式结构的公榫和母榫,形成木地板;油漆涂装:对木地板的表面作UV漆涂装处理。通过采用独幅的面板、芯板和底板制作成纯三层的实木复合地板,相比传统三层或伪三层木地板,由于板张数量较少,因此施胶量更少、更环保,同时由于芯板为独幅,因此木地板的内部更紧凑,面板上不会出现排骨纹等形变问题。
