The invention discloses a formula of a brass colorful ceramic plate, the brass colorful ceramic plate comprises a ground coat and a surface coat, the ground coat comprises the following raw materials by mass fraction: 71-73% of feldspar, 4-6% of quartz, 7-9% of titanium dioxide, 11-13% of lithium carbonate, 2-4% of ferroferric oxide, and 1-2% of nickel carbonate; the surface coat is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 71-73 percent of feldspar, 4-6 percent of quartz, 7-9 percent of titanium dioxide, 11-13 percent of lithium carbonate, 1-2 percent of ferroferric oxide and 2-4 percent of calcined zinc oxide. The invention further provides a preparation method of the brass colorful ceramic plate. According to the invention, a Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 formula system is adopted, titanium dioxide is introduced, different metal oxides are respectively added through the ground coat, different planar effects can be obtained, and the pottery clay plate prepared from the glaze has colorful glaze color effects.
