The invention discloses a method for preparing a glazed ceramic body. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding zirconite into a stirring mill, and grinding the zirconite to obtain zirconite powder; (2) adding the obtained zircon powder, a glaze raw material and water into a ball mill, and carrying out ball milling for 1-3h to obtain glaze slip A; (3) adding disperse modified nano zinc oxide into the obtained glaze slip A to obtain glaze slip B; and (4) applying the glaze slip B to a green body, and performing glaze firing at 780-830 DEG C to obtain the glazed ceramic body. The glazed ceramic body has good appearance, hardness and whiteness.
本发明公开了一种制备釉面陶瓷体的方法，包括如下步骤：(1)将锆英石加入搅拌磨中，研磨，得到锆英石粉；(2)将得到的锆石英粉与釉料原料和水一起加入球磨机中，球磨1‑3h，得到釉浆A；(3)向得到的釉浆A中加入分散改性纳米氧化锌，得到釉浆B；(4)将釉浆B施加至坯体上，在780‑830℃下烧釉，得到釉面陶瓷体。所述釉面陶瓷体具有良好的外观、硬度和白度。
