The stainless steel slag carbonized aerated brick comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of stainless steel slag, 10-30 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of cement, 0.5-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5-2 parts of lime and 0.2-0.5 part of aluminum powder. The preparation method of the stainless steel slag carbonized aerated brick comprises the following steps: weighing stainless steel slag, cement, lime, a water reducing agent and aluminum powder, adding water, and mixing to obtain mixed slurry; pouring the mixed slurry into a mold for molding, maintaining for 1h, demolding, and carbonizing in a carbonization box for 1-7d. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the waste is utilized, the environment is protected, and the obtained aerated brick meets the national standard GB11968-2006.
