The invention relates to a cold region roller compacted concrete construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, concrete powder is put into a mixer through a feed opening, water is injected into the mixer through a water inlet, and the concrete powder and the water are uniformly mixed by utilizing a stirrer to form concrete; 2, when the central control module judges that mixing is completed, the concrete pavement track type paver is used for continuously paving the concrete on the pavement; and 3, a rolling machine is used for rolling the laid road section. Compared with excessive use of fly ash in the prior art, the amount of fly ash is accurately controlled, the amount of fly ash can be reduced, resources are saved, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, consistency of concrete can be improved by accurately controlling the mixing process of concrete, workability of concrete is improved, and construction grindability can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种寒冷地区碾压混凝土施工方法，包括：步骤一，通过下料口将混凝土粉末放入混合机中，通过进水口往所述混合机中注入水，利用搅拌器将混凝土粉末和水混合均匀，形成混凝土；步骤二，当所述中控模块判定混合完成时，利用混凝土路面轨道式摊铺机对路面连续铺设所述混凝土；步骤三，利用碾压机对铺设好的路段进行碾压；且与现有技术的超量使用粉煤灰相比本发明精确控制粉煤灰的用量能够减少粉煤灰的用量，节省资源，降低成本，同时，能够通过精确控制混凝土的混合过程以提高混凝土的稠度，进而提高混凝土的和易性，进而能够有效提高了施工可碾性。
