A use method of highway pavement crack repairing asphalt is used for repairing cracks not larger than 40 mm of highway public pavements, and the repairing asphalt is prepared from 80%-87% of matrix asphalt, 3.8%-4.2% of butadiene styrene rubber, 4.2%-4.8% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 2%-3% of vinyltriethoxysilane, 2%-4% of zinc sulfide, 0.6%-1% of ethanolamine and 0.4%-3% of ammonium bromide. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, cracks are subjected to water removal, dust removal and activation treatment through oxygen, the oxygen flow is 150 sccm, and the time is 30 s to 60 s; and then, the repair asphalt kept at the temperature of 95-110 DEG C is poured into the crack, and repair is completed. According to the using method of the highway pavement crack repairing asphalt, under the condition that the using amount of rubber and resin materials is greatly reduced, on one hand, the parameter index requirement of a pavement layer is guaranteed, on the other hand, a low field construction temperature can be used, and meanwhile, the emission of irritant gas in the construction process is effectively inhibited.
一种高速公路路面裂缝修复沥青的使用方法,其用于对高速公开路面不大于40mm的裂缝进行修复,所述修复沥青包括如下组分:基质沥青,80%~87%,丁苯橡胶:3.8%‑4.2%,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物:4.2%‑4.8%,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷:2%‑3%,硫化锌:2%‑4%,乙醇胺:0.6%‑1%,溴化铵:0.4%‑3%。其包括如下步骤,首先对裂缝通过氧气进行除水,除尘以及活化处理,氧气流量为150sccm,时间为30s‑60s。之后,将保持在95‑110度的所述修复沥青灌入裂缝,完成修复。本发明所提供的高速公路路面裂缝修复沥青的使用方法,在大大降低了橡胶和树脂材料使用量的情况下,一方面保障了路面层参数指标要求,另一方面可以使用较低的现场施工温度,同时有效抑制了施工过程刺激性气体的散发。
