The invention discloses a seabed multi-point static sounding device. The seabed multi-point static sounding device comprises an underwater heaving moving unit, a CPTu feeler lever assembly and a hydraulic propelling system, wherein the underwater heaving moving unit comprises a supporting frame, a guide frame and boat-type buoys, the guide frame is vertically fixed to the supporting frame, and the boat-type buoys are symmetrically arranged on the guide frame and used for providing heaving force; the CPTu feeler lever assembly is installed on the supporting frame and guided by the guide frame; and the hydraulic propelling system is used for providing penetration force for the CPTu feeler lever assembly. The CPTu sounding device can work at the seabed depth of 100m, the static penetration depth of a feeler lever can reach 30m, a detection station is autonomously and flexibly selected through an underwater heaving moving platform and in cooperation with a small floating tugboat on water, and testing of the soil mechanical property of seabed surface sediments of the station is completed.
