The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile sediment device. The cast-in-situ bored pile sediment device comprises a slag removing hole vertically formed in the ground, a slag removing barrel, a spiral slag removing piece and a plurality of one-way rods, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the slag removing barrel are both in a through shape, and the slag removing barrel is vertically and movably arranged in the slag removing hole; the spiral slag removing piece is rotationally arranged in the slag removing barrel; the tops of the one-way rods are hinged to the lower surface of the spiral slag removing piece, and the bottoms of the one-way rods obliquely abut against the upper surface of the spiral slag removing piece; and the projections of the tops of the multiple one-way rods in the vertical direction are located on the same straight line, and the length of the one-way rods is larger than the screw pitch of the spiral slag removing piece. The cast-in-situ bored pile sediment device can well remove sediment.
本发明提供了一种钻孔灌注桩沉渣装置,包括:竖直开设于地面的清渣孔;清渣筒,所述清渣筒的上下两端均为贯通状,且竖直活动设置于所述清渣孔中;螺旋清渣片,所述螺旋清渣片转动设置于所述清渣筒中;单向杆,所述单向杆设置有多根,且所述单向杆的顶部均铰接设置于所述螺旋清渣片的下表面,底部均倾斜抵触于所述螺旋清渣片的上表面,多根所述单向杆的顶部在竖直方向上的投影位于同一直线上,且所述单向杆的长度均大于所述螺旋清渣片的螺距。本发明提供的一种钻孔灌注桩沉渣装置能够较好的清理沉渣。
