The invention provides a rotary excavating bored pile supporting, protecting and reinforcing device, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The device comprises a mounting sleeve, first supporting structures, first linear driving mechanisms, an annular limiting structure and controllers, wherein a supporting stand column is arranged in the mounting sleeve, the first supporting structures are matched with the inner wall of a bored pile, one ends of the first linear driving mechanisms are fixed to the supporting stand column, the other ends of the first linear driving mechanisms are connected with the first supporting structures, the distance between the outer side face of the annular limiting structure and the mounting sleeve is gradually decreased from top to bottom, and the controllers are electrically connected with the first linear driving mechanisms. According to the rotary excavating bored pile supporting, protecting and reinforcing device, when the mounting sleeve is placed into the bored pile, the mounting sleeve is automatically guided to move towards the center of the bored pile by means of the acting force between the annular limiting structure on the outer side face of the mounting sleeve and the inner wall of the bored pile, and the mounting efficiency is improved; and the first linear driving mechanisms drive the first supporting structures to act on the inner wall of the bored pile, and therefore, the supporting stability of the bored pile is improved.
