The invention relates to a bottom plate post-cast strip advanced water stop structure and a construction method thereof. The bottom plate post-cast strip advanced water stop structure comprises a groove, a water stop steel plate, a water stop structure, structural steel bars and a concrete structure, wherein the groove is formed in the ground in a manner of being excavated corresponding to the arrangement position of a post-cast strip; the water stop steel plate is arranged at the bottom of the groove and is consistent with the arrangement direction of the groove; the water stop structure is arranged on the water stop steel plate and can expand when encountering water; the structural steel bars are bound and formed in the groove, wrap the water stop structure, press the water stop steel plate and are fixedly connected with the water stop steel plate; the concrete structure is formed in the groove in a pouring manner; the water stop steel plate, the water stop structure and the structural steel bars are buried and fixed in the concrete structure; the concrete structure and a bottom plate are integrally formed, so that the effect of blocking water is achieved; when water permeates upwards, other places are isolated by concrete and cannot permeate upwards, so that water can permeate into a gap between the water stop structure and the concrete structure more easily; and the water stop structure expands after absorbing water and is tightly attached to the concrete structure, so that the effects of further stopping water and preventing seepage are achieved.
