The invention relates to a microscopic simulation device for deep side wall friction resistance of a foundation pile. Liquid is introduced into a pressurizing bag through a pressurizing opening, and the pressurizing bag pressurizes a soil body model, so that the stress level of a deep soil body is effectively simulated; and the stress of the soil body model and the stress of a foundation pile model can be monitored in real time, and the foundation pile model is convenient to replace. The microscopic simulation device can be used for model tests of ultra-long foundation piles, under the condition that the size of the model is reduced, the micro deformation of the model can be effectively captured, and the stress loss of the soil body of the model is avoided; and the stress state of the soil body around the real deep pile can be simulated in a small-size model box. The microscopic simulation device can be combined with a geotechnical engineering PIV technology, and can effectively capture and analyze the micro deformation.
