The river channel dredging device comprises a ship body, wherein a sludge storage bin is arranged on the ship body; a slurry pump is arranged in the sludge storage bin and communicates with a sludge inlet pipe; a first lifting assembly for driving one end, away from the slurry pump, of the sludge inlet pipe to ascend and descend is arranged on the side surface of the ship body and comprises a support rod, a water collecting barrel and a balance box; the support rod is vertically arranged in the ship body, and the upper end of the support rod is rotationally connected with a fixed pulley; the fixed pulley is overlapped with and connected with a connecting rope in a sliding manner; two ends of the connecting rope are connected with the water collecting barrel and the balance box separately; the water collecting barrel communicates with a first water inlet pipe through a first water inlet pump; a connecting rod is arranged on the water collecting barrel, and the connecting rod is connected with one end, away from the slurry pump, of the sludge inlet pipe; when water is not introduced into the water collecting barrel, the weight of the balance box is equal to that of the water collecting barrel; when the water collecting barrel is filled with the water, the water collecting barrel is heavier than the balance box; and the lower part of the water collecting barrel is provided with a first water drain valve in a communicating manner. The river channel dredging device has the effect of conveniently cleaning sludge of different depths in a river channel.
