The faucet fixing seat comprises a fixing sleeve, wherein an installation through hole is formed in the end face of the fixing sleeve; a screw rod matched with the installation through hole is arranged in the installation through hole; the screw rod is provided with a fastener in threaded connection with the screw rod; the fixing sleeve is provided with a limiting strip fixedly connected with the fixing sleeve; the limiting strip is located on the side, opposite to the screwing-in direction of a fastening clamp, of the screw rod; the fastener is provided with a stop block; the maximum distance between the edge of the stop block and the screw rod is not smaller than the distance between the limiting strip and the screw rod; a bolt head of the screw rod is located at the upper end of the fixing sleeve; the fastener is located at the lower end of the fixing sleeve; and the limiting strip extends towards the lower end of the fixing sleeve. According to the faucet fixing seat convenient to install, installation can be completed only by screwing one screw rod.
