The invention discloses an energy-saving kitchen sink. The energy-saving kitchen sink comprises a sink body, wherein separation nets are fixedly mounted at the left part of the front end and the left part of the rear end of the sink body; a vertical plate is commonly and fixedly mounted between the two separation nets; a water inlet device is fixedly mounted at the left end of the vertical plate; a disinfection device is fixedly mounted at the right side of the rear end of the sink body; a water discharging device is fixedly mounted at the right part of the lower end of the sink body; and two driving parts are movably mounted at the right part of the water discharging device. According to the energy-saving kitchen sink disclosed by the invention, the water inlet device can be used for preventing a condition that a user forgets to close a water faucet so that the water faucet continuously discharges water, wastes of water resources are avoided and the water-saving effect is realized; the water discharging device and the driving parts are used for jacking a water sealing cover under the lever effect, and a condition that the user manually stretches a hand into the sink body to take out the water sealing cover is avoided, so that a water discharging process is safer, more sanitary and more convenient; and the disinfection device can be used for keeping bowls and chopsticks safe and healthy, a condition that the sink has a single function is avoided and utilization requirements of modern customers are met.
