Connecting method of prefabricated concrete horizontal components
The invention provides a connecting method of prefabricated concrete horizontal components. The connecting method comprises the following steps that 1) steel bar conversion connecting boxes are manufactured; 2) steel bars are connected with one ends of the steel bar conversion connecting boxes; 3) the steel bars and the steel bar conversion connecting boxes are positioned in the horizontal components according to the design requirements, anti-shearing grooves are formed in the connecting end faces of the horizontal components, and concrete is poured to form the prefabricated horizontal components; 4) connecting bolts between the steel bar conversion connecting boxes are selected; 5) the connecting end faces of the prefabricated horizontal components are subjected to mortar bedding through high-strength bonding mortar or coated with high-strength structural adhesive, and then the connecting end faces of the two prefabricated horizontal components are attached and aligned; and 6) after all the steel bar conversion connecting boxes are connected through the bolts in sequence, the two prefabricated horizontal components are also connected together. According to the connecting method, rigid connection between the prefabricated concrete horizontal components is achieved, the wet operation mode of cast-in-place concrete is completely avoided, the cost is greatly reduced, and the construction period is greatly shortened; and the prefabricated components are more convenient to transport and hoist.
一种预制混凝土水平构件的连接方法,包括以下步骤:1)、制作钢筋转换连接盒;2)、钢筋与钢筋转换连接盒一端连接;3)、按设计要求在水平构件中定位钢筋及钢筋转换连接盒,并在水平构件连接端面设置抗剪槽,浇筑混凝土形成预制水平构件;4)、选择钢筋转换连接盒间的连接螺栓;5)、在预制水平构件的连接端面用高强度粘结砂浆坐浆或涂刷高强度结构胶,再将两个预制水平构件的连接端面贴合并对齐;6)、依次将所有钢筋转换连接盒通过螺栓连接完后,两个预制水平构件也被连接到了一起。本发明实现了预制混凝土水平构件之间的刚性连接,又完全避免采用现浇混凝土的湿作业方式,使成本和工期大大降低;预制构件的运输与吊装更为方便。
