The photo-thermal collection type energy-saving building curtain wall comprises a curtain wall array installed on the outer wall face of a building, wherein the curtain wall array is formed by splicing one or more photovoltaic curtain wall plates; each photovoltaic curtain wall plate is installed in a shell in a filling mode; a hinge joint is arranged in the middle of the back of each shell; a hinge seat is arranged on the outer wall face, right opposite to the corresponding hinge joint, of the building; and each hinge joint is elastically hinged to the corresponding hinge seat. The building curtain wall has very good heat dissipation capacity, and the conversion efficiency of solar panels is improved; meanwhile, the building curtain wall can be opened through expanded elastic air bags, the interior and the exterior are connected, and the luminous flux in the building is increased; and the relative angle of the solar panels can be adjusted according to the position of the sun in one day, the power generation efficiency is higher, and the structural design is more reasonable.
