The invention discloses an embedded external wall hanging and fixing system. An outer wall panel is hung and fixed to a wall body through a hanging component, and the hanging component is of a combined hanging structure formed by connecting a panel fixing piece, a connecting piece and a wall body fixing piece; the panel fixing piece comprises a first component and a second component which have symmetrical and identical section structures and are positioned on the surface of the panel to form an open T-shaped groove structure; the connecting piece comprises a third component and a fourth component which are combined in an S-shaped matching and embedding mode to form a T-shaped combined structure and fixed to two U-shaped grooves of the panel fixing piece in a matched mode, and further comprises a fifth component connected with the fourth component through a bolt; and the wall body fixing piece comprises an S-shaped groove matched with the fifth component and is connected with the wall body in an anchoring mode through an anchor bolt. The system panel fixing piece and the wall body fixing piece can be bonded or prefabricated in a factory, the production process can be further standardized, and the product quality and the production efficiency are improved; and by the adoption of the connecting piece of the combined structure, three-direction three-dimensional adjustment of a suspension system can be achieved, and the non-standard phenomenon caused by construction differences is coordinated and overcome.
