The invention relates to an assembled wall pouring GMT formwork system and a construction method thereof. The assembled wall pouring GMT formwork system is designed for solving the technical problems that due to the fact that existing similar structures are poor in design, assembling, disassembling, carrying and production are inconvenient, the service life is short, and carrying and construction are inconvenient. The assembled wall pouring GMT formwork system is characterized in that an outer wall formwork and an inner wall formwork of the formwork system are rectangular, wherein wall plates are arranged on one side face of a wall frame of the outer wall formwork and one side face of a wall frame of the inner wall formwork respectively, installation holes are formed in the two sides of the wall frame of the inner wall formwork respectively, and wall reinforcing rib pipes are arranged in the wall frames; formwork plates are arranged on one side face of a formwork frame of a height connecting plate, one side face of a formwork frame of a top plate formwork, one side face of a formwork frame of a K plate and one side face of a formwork frame of a beam side formwork respectively; and main back edges are two parallel pipes which are connected into a whole through a connecting plate on one side, bolts are located in the gap between the parallel pipes, the corresponding pipes are rectangular pipes made of GMT materials, the plates are plates made of GMT materials, and the main back edges comprise the H-shaped main back edge, the S-shaped main back edge and the L-shaped main back edge.
本发明涉及一种装配式墙体浇筑GMT模架体系及其施工方法,是针对现有同类结构设计欠佳导致装卸、搬运、生产较为不便,使用寿命较短,搬运、施工较为不便的技术问题而设计。其要点是该模架体系的外墙模板和内墙模板分别呈长方形,外墙模板和内墙模板的墙体框架一侧面分别设有墙体板件,内墙模板的墙体框架的两侧分别设有安装孔,墙体框架内设有墙体加强筋管;所述接高板、顶板模板、K板和梁侧模板的模板框架一侧面分别设有模板板件;所述主背楞为两根通过一侧连接板连为一体的平行管,螺栓位于平行管之间的间隙,上述对应的管件为GMT材质的矩形管件,板件为GMT材质的板件,主背楞包括H型主背楞、S型主背楞和L型主背楞。
