Building steel formwork connecting assembly and forming machining method thereof
The invention relates to a building steel formwork connecting assembly and a forming machining method thereof. The steel formwork connecting assembly comprises a stud and a clamping frame, wherein the clamping frame is of a U-shaped structure, round holes are symmetrically formed in the vertical section of the U-shaped structure of the clamping frame, and the stud is arranged on the side face of the middle of the closed end of the clamping frame; and the steel formwork connecting assembly is formed and machined through a connecting piece machining device, and the connecting piece machining device comprises a bottom plate, a bearing table, a mounting plate, a hydraulic cylinder and a forming mechanism. The building steel formwork connecting assembly can solve the following problems that when the clamping frame on the connecting assembly is machined, a drilling machine and a punching machine need to be adopted for drilling and punching forming of the clamping frame correspondingly, and therefore the machining efficiency of the clamping frame is low; and when the clamping frame is drilled and punched, positioning treatment cannot be conducted on clamping frame raw materials of different sizes, the machining precision of the clamping frame is low, and therefore the later-period using effect of the clamping frame is affected, and adjustment is tedious when the clamping frames of different sizes are machined.
本发明涉及一种建筑钢模板连接组件及其成型加工方法,所述的钢模板连接组件包括螺柱和卡架,所述的卡架为U型结构,卡架的U型结构的竖直段上对称设置有圆孔,卡架封闭端的中部侧面上设置有螺柱;所述的钢模板连接组件采用连接件加工装置进行成型加工,所述的接件加工装置包括底板、承托台、安装板、液压缸和成型机构。本发明可以解决连接组件上的卡架进行加工时存在的以下问题:卡架进行钻孔与冲压成型需要分别采用钻机与冲压机进行,使得卡架的加工效率较低,且卡架进行钻孔与冲压时无法针对不同尺寸的卡架原材料进行定位处理,使得卡架的加工精度低,从而影响卡架后期使用效果,针对不同尺寸的卡架加工时调节较为繁琐。
