The end plate connecting joint reinforcing structure comprises two reinforcing units; the two reinforcing units are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of an existing end plate connecting joint; each reinforcing unit comprises an H-shaped steel component, two stiffening rib plates and two connecting batten plates; the H-shaped steel components are fixedly arranged on the side edges of an existing structural column, and the top ends of the H-shaped steel components abut against the bottoms of existing structural beams; and the stiffening rib plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the existing structural beams, the upper ends of the connecting batten plates are fixedly connected with the stiffening rib plates, and the lower ends of the connecting batten plates are fixedly connected with the H-shaped steel components. By arranging the H-shaped steel components, the rotating rigidity of the existing connecting joint is effectively improved, and vertical force transmission between the existing structural beams is ensured; and by arranging the stiffening rib plates, the local stability of web plates is guaranteed when the existing structural beams transmit vertical concentrated loads, the H-shaped steel components are connected with the stiffening rib plates through the connecting batten plates, and the shear resistance and bending resistance bearing capacity of the existing end plate connecting joint are effectively improved.
