The invention discloses a sound insulation method for an open office area staircase classroom. The method includes the steps of arranging electric sound insulation roller shutters at proper positions around the staircase classroom in an open office area, so that the staircase classroom forms a relatively closed state which is separated from the external space; in a plane design plan, after the sound insulation roller shutters fall into the obstructed space, an access channel used for a public space where the sound insulation roller shutters are located is further arranged, and each used electric sound insulation roller shutter is provided with a sound absorption structure; and each electric sound insulation roller shutter is provided with an electric control switch mode and a hand-operated switch mode, and the sound insulation roller shutters are combined with beams, columns, laminates, walls, suspended ceiling building structures and indoor decorative surfaces on the periphery of the staircase classroom, so that the staircase classroom forms the relatively obstructed and closed space. According to the sound insulation method for the open office area staircase classroom, the noise influence generated in the use process of the staircase classroom in the open office area can be reduced under the condition that normal use of the open office area is not influenced.
