The invention relates to the technical field of acoustic processing of small-size rooms, in particular to an acoustic processing structure of a mini music room, a sound system and the mini music room. The acoustic processing structure is applied to the mini music room. The mini music room comprises a movable bottom plate, a top plate matched with the movable bottom plate, and side plates which are installed between the movable bottom plate and the top plate and form a semi-closed space together with the movable bottom plate and the top plate. The acoustic processing structure comprises a plurality of groups of first hole sites which are formed in local areas of the top plate and the side plates in a penetrating manner, and a sound absorption cavity which is arranged opposite to the rear parts of the first hole sites and covers the first hole sites; and an inner cavity of the sound absorption cavity is filled with a sound absorption material for absorbing standing waves introduced by the first hole sites. According to the scheme, the acoustic characteristics in the space can be improved, the sound field uniformity is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
