Construction method for pile foundation underpinning in shield tunnel
The invention discloses a construction method for pile foundation underpinning in a shield tunnel hole, and relates to the technical field of shield tunnels. The construction method comprises the steps that in the tunneling process, the shield tunnel is overlapped with the pile foundation plane and the vertical direction, and a cutter head of a shield tunneling machine cuts a pile foundation intruding into the tunnel excavation range; after the pile foundation is cut off, a shield body of the shield tunneling machine passes through a bridge pile, and inert slurry is injected to fill gaps between the shield body of the shield tunneling machine and the pile foundation in the process that the shield body of the shield tunneling machine passes through the cut-off pile foundation; specially-made duct pieces are assembled, and a jack is installed; and after the duct pieces at the position of the cut-off pile foundation are completely separated from the shield tail of the shield tunneling machine, at the moment, the installed jack is used for jacking the duct pieces upwards until the inner edge of the shield tunnel is aligned with the inner edges of the duct pieces, bolt connection is used, and a filling body is injected through grouting holes of the duct pieces, so that the bottom of the pile foundation is completely connected with the duct pieces, and the duct pieces participate in stress. The problems of pipeline relocation and traffic relief of existing pile foundation underpinning in a central urban area are solved, the engineering feasibility is enhanced, and the engineering construction cost is saved.
一种盾构隧道洞内桩基托换的施工方法,本发明涉及盾构隧道技术领域,盾构隧道掘进过程中与桩基平面及竖向重叠,盾构机的刀盘切削侵入隧道开挖范围的桩基;桩基被切断后,盾构机的盾体通过桥桩,盾构机的盾体在通过切断后的桩基的过程中,注入惰性浆液填充盾构机的盾体与桩基的间隙;拼装特制的管片并安装千斤顶;被切断的桩基位置的管片在完全脱出盾构机的盾尾后,此时利用已安装好的千斤顶将管片向上顶,顶到盾构隧道的内边与管片的内边对齐后,利用螺栓连接,并通过管片的注浆孔注入填充体,使桩基底部与管片完全连接,让管片参与受力。解决中心城区现有桩基托换的管线改迁及交通疏解的问题,增强工程可实施性,节约了工程建设成本。
