The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel construction processes, and particularly relates to a tunnel reinforcing steel ring positioning and mounting process. The tunnel reinforcing steel ring positioning and mounting process comprises the steps that the mounting position of a reinforcing steel ring is determined through structural positioning of the tunnel reinforcing steel ring; grouting and ring longitudinal seam treatment of the reinforcing steel ring are conducted; before grouting and water stopping, vertical drilling is conducted on junction of longitudinal and ring seam parts without open water seepage around a seepage part till the junction encounters a water expansion water stopping strip or an elastic sealing gasket, and a cement-water glass double-component liquid slurry blocking layer is arranged in a hole; the reinforcing steel ring is detected and sampled; and anchor bolt type selection and parameter allocation are conducted. The tunnel reinforcing steel ring positioning and mounting process is used for improving the shield method construction effect, the construction efficiency can be further improved, various kinds of seepage, corrosion and deformation in a tunnel are avoided, and the occurrence probability of tunnel problems is decreased.
