The invention relates to composite wall cloth and a preparation method thereof. The composite wall cloth comprises a base material layer, a surface layer and an adhesive layer located between the base material layer and the surface layer, the material of the base material layer is selected from at least one of woven cloth and non-woven cloth, the material of the surface layer is superfine fiber cloth, the diameter of fibers in the superfine fiber cloth is smaller than 4.0 microns, and the surface layer has at least one three-dimensional shape. According to the composite wall cloth adopting the technical scheme, the superfine fiber cloth with the fiber diameter of less than 4.0 microns is used as the surface layer, so that the composite wall cloth has the advantages of wear resistance and good texture; the surface layer has at least one three-dimensional shape, so that the styles of the wall cloth are enriched; the base material layer made of the material can improve the strength of the composite wall cloth; and the applicability of the wall cloth can be improved on the whole. In addition, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the composite wall cloth. The preparation method is simple in process, and the composite wall cloth obtained through the preparation method has the advantages of being resistant to abrasion, good in texture, rich in style, high in strength and high in applicability.
本发明涉及一种复合墙布及其制备方法。复合墙布包括基材层、表层以及位于基材层与表层之间的粘胶层，基材层的材料选自机织布与无纺布中的至少一种，表层的材料为超细纤维布，超细纤维布中纤维的直径小于4.0μm，表层具有至少一个立体造型。应用本发明技术方案的复合墙布，纤维直径小于4.0μm的超细纤维布作为表层，具有耐磨和质感好的优点；表层具有至少一个立体造型，丰富了墙布的样式；而上述材质的基材层能够提高复合墙布的强度。上述整体能够提高墙布的应用性。此外，本发明还涉及一种复合墙布的制备方法。上述制备方法工艺简单，采用上述制备方法得到的复合墙布具有耐磨和质感好的优点，样式丰富，强度高，应用性较强。
