The invention discloses a quick lime digester sealing device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a multi-layer dust removal sealing cover horizontally arranged inside, a chimney arranged on one side of the top, a digester water adding device arranged on the side face of the chimney on the top, a movable baffle vertically arranged and blocking the side surface of an inlet of the chimney, and a quick lime digester arranged at the bottom of the dust removal sealing cover. Quick lime enters the quick lime digester sealing device from a stock bin, the movable baffle blocks the chimney, and the digester water adding device sprays the quick lime and then the quick lime enters the quick lime digester to be digested. The quick lime digester sealing device effectively eliminates a large amount of dust and a large amount of steam generated in the digestion process of quick lime, and guarantees improvement of the field environment.
