The invention relates to a connecting joint. The connecting joint comprises a prefabricated assembly, a connecting pipe, a first connecting piece and a cast-in-place piece. The connecting pipe is pre-buried in the prefabricated assembly, and one end of the connecting pipe is exposed at one end of the prefabricated assembly; one end of the first connecting piece extends into the connecting pipe, the other end of the first connecting piece extends out of the connecting pipe, and the length of the part, extending into the connecting pipe, of the first connecting piece is smaller than the length of the connecting pipe, so that the first connecting piece can slide in the connecting pipe; and the cast-in-place piece is formed at the end, exposed out of the connecting pipe, of the prefabricated assembly, and the cast-in-place piece is fixedly connected with the other end, extending out of the connecting pipe, of the first connecting piece. When a strong earthquake occurs, the cast-in-place piece and the prefabricated assembly can vibrate, the first connecting piece can slide in the connecting pipe, and the earthquake energy input into the prefabricated assembly and the cast-in-place piece can be dissipated, so that the prefabricated assembly and the cast-in-place piece are prevented from being damaged, and the overall anti-seismic capacity is improved. The invention further relates to a fabricated building.
