PBL-based prefabricated concrete shear wall-ring beam connecting structure and mounting method
The invention discloses a PBL-based prefabricated concrete shear wall-ring beam connecting structure and a mounting method. The connecting structure comprises a shear wall and a ring beam, wherein a wall-lower ring beam embedded part and a wall-upper ring beam embedded part are embedded in the shear wall; a ring beam-lower wall embedded part and a ring beam-upper wall embedded part are embedded in the ring beam; the shear wall and the ring beam on the upper layer are connected together through the wall-upper ring beam embedded part and the ring beam-lower wall embedded part; and the shear wall and the ring beam on the lower layer are connected together through the wall-lower ring beam embedded part and the ring beam-upper wall embedded part. The shear wall and the ring beam components are prefabricated in a factory, all connecting positions adopt PBL-based dry connecting joints, field wet operation is completely abandoned, the mounting is simple and fast, and the advantages of saving resources, protecting the environment and reducing pollution of the fabricated building technology are exerted to the maximum extent; a concrete material is adopted, so that the durability is good, and the mounting is convenient and can be transferred; and the PBL is good in connecting ductility, large in bearing capacity and good in anti-seismic property.
本发明公开了一种基于PBL的预制混凝土剪力墙‑圈梁连接构造与安装方法,包括剪力墙和圈梁;所述剪力墙上预埋有墙‑下圈梁预埋件、墙‑上圈梁预埋件,所述圈梁上预埋有圈梁‑下墙预埋件、圈梁‑上墙预埋件,所述剪力墙与上层的圈梁通过墙‑上圈梁预埋件和圈梁‑下墙预埋件连接在一起,所述剪力墙与下层的圈梁通过墙‑下圈梁预埋件和圈梁‑上墙预埋件连接在一起。剪力墙和圈梁构件均实现工厂化预制,连接位置全部采用基于PBL的干式连接节点,完全摒弃现场湿作业,安装简单快捷,最大限度的发挥装配式建筑技术节约资源、保护环境和减少污染的优点;采用混凝土材料,耐久性好,方便安装且可周转;PBL连接延性好、承载力大、抗震性能好。
