The invention provides a waterproof joint protection device. The waterproof joint protection device comprises two air bag sets which are oppositely arranged and rubber pads arranged on the peripheries of the air bag sets, wherein a waterproof joint to be protected is located between the two air bag sets; each air bag set comprises at least one air bag and an inflation structure arranged on the air bag; and the inflation structures are used for inflating and deflating the air bags. By means of the waterproof joint protection device, the waterproof joint can be well protected, mounting and dismounting are easy, the waterproof joint protection device can be repeatedly transferred to another site to be used, the use cost is reduced, the utilization efficiency is improved, and the construction requirement for protecting the waterproof joint on the construction site is met.
