The invention provides a treatment method for hardened concrete aggregate burst. The treatment method comprises the following steps that 1), clearing away concrete falling off from a concrete component aggregate burst part without potential hazards of free calcium oxide; 2), roughening the surface of the concrete component; 3), spraying water to wet the surface of the roughened concrete for a plurality of days so that impurities on the shallow surface of the concrete component should be exploded completely; 4), after the surface of the roughened concrete is wetted for several days, densely repairing concrete aggregate burst holes by adopting polymer reinforcing mortar; 5), brushing an epoxy resin coating for sealing after the surface of the roughened concrete is air-dried; 6), carrying out sand coating treatment on the surface of the epoxy resin coating; and 7), densely painting the entire component surface with polymer cement plastering mortar. According to the treatment method, aiming at the concrete component free of free calcium oxide potential hazards, the aggregate burst defect of the concrete surface can be effectively overcome, and the path that impurities in concrete make contact with water vapor in air is isolated.
本发明提供一种硬化混凝土骨料爆裂的处置方法,包括以下步骤:1)将无游离氧化钙潜在危害的混凝土构件骨料爆裂部位脱落的混凝土清除干净;2)将混凝土构件表面毛化处理;3)毛化混凝土表面喷水湿润若干天,让混凝土构件浅表杂质应爆尽爆;4)毛化混凝土表面湿润若干天后,采用聚合物加固砂浆密实修补混凝土骨料爆裂空洞;5)毛化混凝土表面风干后刷环氧树脂涂层封闭;6)覆砂处理环氧树脂涂层表面;7)用聚合物水泥抹灰砂浆密实粉刷整个构件表面。针对无游离氧化钙潜在危害的混凝土构件,可有效处理混凝土表面骨料爆裂缺陷,隔绝混凝土内部杂质接触空气中水蒸气的路径。
