The invention relates to an outdoor power transformation cabinet protection device which comprises a protection box body; a base is arranged at the bottom of the protection box body; a top plate is arranged at the top of the protection box body; a side wall is arranged between the base and the top plate; the side wall sequentially comprises an inner concrete layer, a heat insulation plate and a plastering mortar layer from an inner layer to an outer layer; a load-bearing steel reinforcement framework and a reinforcing mesh are arranged in the inner concrete layer; the reinforcing mesh is arranged between the load-bearing steel reinforcement framework and the heat insulation plate; the reinforcing mesh is connected with the heat insulation plate through an obliquely-inserted connecting part; the first end of the obliquely-inserted connecting part is fixedly connected with the reinforcing mesh; the second end of the obliquely-inserted connecting part extends and is inserted into the heat insulation plate; a longitudinal groove and a transverse groove are formed in the side, close to the plastering mortar layer, of the heat insulation plate; and flame-retardant material layers are filled in the longitudinal groove and the transverse groove.
