The invention relates to a climbing ladder device with a protection mechanism for building construction. The climbing ladder device comprises a climbing frame, the protection mechanism, a lifting frame and a material carrying mechanism, wherein a pedal is arranged at the top end of the climbing frame; four guide plates are welded on the inner surface of the top of the climbing frame; the protection mechanism is arranged at the top of the climbing frame through the guide plates; a bottom plate is further welded at the bottom of the climbing frame; an electric cylinder is mounted in the middle of the bottom plate; the protection mechanism comprises first protection plates mounted on the three guide plates, a second protection plate mounted on one guide plate, and a connection shaft for connecting the three first protection plates and the second protection plate together; a rotary plate of a material cabin has rotation performance, so that when concrete is loaded into the material cabin, a constructor can rotate the material cabin onto the pedal and the concrete in the material cabin is directly smashed onto the rotary plate; at the moment, the rotary plate is used as an operation region when the concrete is used; and after the concrete is used, the rotary plate rotates outwards to be reset, so that residues formed on the surface of the rotary plate when the concrete is used are convenient to clean.
