Method for resource utilization of epoxy resin wastewater
The invention discloses a method for resource utilization of epoxy resin wastewater in the technical field of epoxy resin wastewater reutilization, which comprises the following steps: (1) feeding epoxy resin wastewater into a primary forced evaporator, and separating most of sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide from a hot concentrated solution in a filter press to obtain a filtrate I; (2) heating the filtrate I through internal circulation steam, enabling the filtrate I to enter a secondary forced evaporator, performing filter pressing on the material through a filter press, and separating out part of sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide to obtain filtrate II; and (3) freezing the filtrate II, carrying out filter pressing by using a filter press, separating out a small part of sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide, and meanwhile, obtaining filtrate III for synthesizing a dispersing agent. By treating the epoxy resin wastewater, the obtained sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide can be used for chlor-alkali manufacturing, and the filtrate can be used for synthesizing a dispersing agent and mixing and dispersing concrete and coal water, so that the purification treatment of the wastewater is completed, and the wastewater is fully utilized.
本发明公开了环氧树脂废水再利用技术领域的一种环氧树脂废水资源化利用的方法,利用方法包括以下步骤:(1)将环氧树脂废水送入一级强制蒸发器内,热的浓缩料液入压滤机分离出大部分的氯化钠和氢氧化钠,得到滤液一;(2)滤液一通过内循环蒸汽加热后进入二级强制蒸发器,之后物料通过压滤机压滤,分离出部分的氯化钠和氢氧化钠,得到滤液二;(3)滤液二经过冷冻,再经压滤机压滤,分离出小部分的氯化钠和氢氧化钠,同时,得到的滤液三用于分散剂的合成;本发明通过对环氧树脂废水进行处理,得到的氯化钠和氢氧化钠可用于氯碱制造,滤液可用来合成分散剂并用于混凝土和水煤将的混散,既完成了废水的净化处理,又充分的利用了废水。
