The invention discloses a main-tower-free ultra-large-span combined bridge suitable for wide and deep canyons and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps of constructing inclined shafts; installing a main cable saddle; installing a loose cable saddle; installing a cable fixing device; pouring an anchoring body; installing stay cable anchors; installing main cables; installing stay cables; and erecting main beams. The combined bridge comprises the main beams, stay cables, main cables, slings, stay cable anchors, main cable anchoring devices and inclined shafts. The main beams are erected between canyons. The inclined shafts are arranged at two sides of a tunnel portal; each main cable anchoring device is arranged at the front end of the inclined shaft; the stay cable anchor is arranged under the main cable anchoring device; one end of the sling is connected with the main cable, and the other end of the sling is vertically connected with the main beam for suspending the main beam; and one end of the stay cable is fixedly connected to the main beam, and the other end of the stay cable is connected with the stay cable anchor. The stay cables and main cables are anchored into a mountain body to replace erection of a main tower, so that the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and meanwhile communication of the super-large-span canyon is achieved by combining the characteristics of a cable-stayed bridge and a suspension bridge.
本发明公开了一种适用于宽深峡谷的无主塔超大跨度组合桥及施工方法,步骤如下:斜井施工;安装主缆鞍;安装散缆鞍;安装缆固装置;浇筑锚固体;安装斜拉索锚;安装主缆;安装斜拉索;架设主梁。组合桥包括主梁、斜拉索、主缆、吊索、斜拉索锚、主缆锚固装置和斜井,主梁架设于峡谷间;斜井开设于隧道口的两侧;主缆锚固装置设置于斜井前端;主缆锚固装置下方有安装斜拉索锚;所述吊索一端连接主缆,吊索另一端垂直连接主梁用于悬固主梁;斜拉索一端固定连接在主梁上,所述斜拉索另一端与斜拉索锚相连接。通过结合将斜拉索和主缆锚入山体替代主塔的架设,从而降低施工难度且减少工程造价,同时结合斜拉桥和悬索桥的特点实现超大跨度峡谷的连通。
