The invention discloses a cement mixing pile drill bit capable of controlling slurry outflow. The cement mixing pile drill bit comprises a drill bit body, a fixed iron core, an electrified coil, a movable iron core and a reset spring, wherein a cavity, a slurry input pipe and a slurry output pipe are arranged in the bottom end of the drill bit body; the slurry input pipe comprises a horizontal outlet; the inlet end of the slurry output pipe communicates with the outlet; the drill bit body is provided with a slurry spraying hole communicating with the outlet end of the slurry output pipe; the cavity is located on the left side of the slurry output pipe; the fixed iron core is arranged in the cavity; the electrified coil is wound around the fixed iron core with the horizontal axis as the rotating axis; the movable iron core is opposite to the fixed iron core in a left-right manner; the movable iron core is arranged in the slurry output pipe and can horizontally move so as to control opening and closing of the outlet; and the movable iron core is sleeved with the reset spring, the left end of the reset spring is fixedly arranged, and the right end of the reset spring is connected with the movable iron core. The movable iron core is controlled to move through the fixed iron core with the electrified coil and the reset spring, opening and closing of slurry spraying of a cement mixing pile machine are controlled, cement slurry is controlled to flow out of the slurry spraying hole from the bottom end of the drill bit, and cement waste caused during empty pile segment or pre-mixing sinking is avoided.
