The invention discloses a crack filling cement grouting method. The method includes the steps that S1, a grouting crack is cleaned, and the crack is cleaned into a square shape; S2, after cleaning is completed, a bearing plate is placed at the bottom of the crack; S3, first-time grouting is conducted on the upper surface of the bearing plate, and after first-time grouting is completed, the upper surface of first-time grouting cement is flattened; S4, fine sand and gravel are placed on the upper surface of the cement subjected to primary grouting; S5, second-time grouting is carried out, after second-time grouting is completed, the fine sand is laid on the upper surface of second-time grouting cement, and rolling pressure relief is carried out; S6, third-time grouting is conducted till third-time grouting cement is flush with the upper surface of the crack; and S7, waiting is conducted for natural drying. According to the crack filling cement grouting method, by adopting a multi-layer structure of the cement, the fine sand, the gravel and the cement, the filling completeness of the cement is ensured in the gaps of the gravel, internal air holes of a cement board after grouting are reduced, the filling compactness is ensured, and the strength of the cracks after filling is improved.
本发明公开了一种裂隙填充水泥注浆方法，包括S1、清理注浆裂隙处，将裂隙处清理成方正形状；S2、在清理完成后，在裂隙底部放置承载板；S3、在承载板上表面进行第一次注浆，待第一次注浆完成后，将第一次注浆水泥上表面进行铺平；S4、在第一次注浆的水泥上表面放置细沙和碎石；S5、进行第二次注浆，待第二次注浆完成后，对第二次注浆水泥上表面进行细沙平铺，并进行滚动释压；S6、进行第三次注浆，直至第三次注浆水泥与裂隙上表面平齐；S7、待自然干燥。本发明通过采用水泥、细沙、碎石、水泥的多层结构，在碎石间隙同时保证水泥的填充的完整性，减少注浆后的水泥板的内部气孔，保证填充的致密性，增加填充后的裂隙的强度。
