The invention discloses a non-rigid connection fire-retardant belt device. A gap is formed between a first structure and a second structure which are in non-rigid connection, and a fire-retardant belt is arranged in the gap between the first structure and the second structure; the first structure and the second structure are each provided with a double-layer stainless steel clamping plate; the double-layer stainless steel clamping plates comprise connecting ends and clamping ends; the connecting ends of the double-layer stainless steel clamping plates are fixed to the first structure or the second structure; and sawtooth-shaped jaws which mesh with the end part of the fire-retardant belt are arranged at the clamping ends of the double-layer stainless steel clamping plates. The fire-retardant belt is arranged in the gap between the first structure and the second structure, the two ends of the fire-retardant belt are fixed to the first structure and the second structure through the double-layer stainless steel clamping plates, so that the problem of fireproof blocking between parts in non-rigid connection is well solved, the effects of vibration isolation and solid sound transmission isolation are achieved, and the non-rigid connection fire-retardant belt device can be applied to acoustic sensitive buildings such as full-floating vibration isolation and box-in-box structures.
