The invention relates to a pre-assembled concrete hoistway for adding an elevator to an existing house. The pre-assembled concrete hoistway comprises a machine room, a foundation pit and a plurality of intermediates arranged between the machine room and the foundation pit and corresponding to floors. Socket grooves are formed in the bottom end of the machine room and the bottom ends of the intermediates, socket bosses are arranged at the top ends of the intermediates and the top end of the foundation pit, first longitudinal grooves are formed in the outer side faces of the socket grooves, and second longitudinal grooves are formed in the outer side faces of the socket bosses. The lower end of the machine room and the lower ends of the intermediates are each provided with an annular flow channel in annular communication in the axial direction of the inner wall, the lower side wall of each annular flow channel is provided with a discharging channel, and the outer side face of the lower end of the machine room and the outer side faces of the lower ends of the intermediates are provided with injection openings communicating with the annular flow channels. The machine room and the intermediates, the two vertically adjacent intermediates and the intermediates and the foundation pit are all connected in a reinforced mode through openable connecting pieces.
