When locking is needed, a processor in each scanning device is used for controlling opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve in an electromagnetic limiting pin, so that stretching out of a locking rod is controlled, the electromagnetic limiting pin is clamped in a groove to fix the position of the locking rod, and a front wheel of the bicycle is locked between two sets of structural frames; and when unlocking is needed, a battery valve in the electromagnetic limiting pin controls the locking rod of the electromagnetic limiting pin to retract, limitation on the groove is relieved, the locking rod is pulled out of the front wheel of the bicycle through elastic force of a return spring, operation is convenient and fast, intelligent parking, taking and placing of the bicycle are achieved, and practicability is high.
