The side wall of the rack is fixedly connected with the fan blades, an air pipe communicates with a telescopic rod so that the telescopic rod can stretch out and provide certain supporting force for the rotating shaft and the rotating disc, therefore the transverse pressure can be converted into twisting force, the pressure of a supporting mechanism is reduced, the high supporting force can be provided for the rotating shaft and the rotating disc, and the effects of automatically balancing and preventing side inclination are achieved.
