The safer pin tumbler lock comprises a lock shell, a lock cylinder, a key hole, a pin tumbler hole, a pin tumbler and a spring; a hole inner ring right-angle protrusion is arranged at the end, intersecting with the key hole, of the pin tumbler hole, the height of the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion is larger than that of the key hole, a matched annular cylinder is arranged at the end, making contact with the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion of the pin tumbler hole, of the pin tumbler, and an annular chute is formed in the other end, provided with the annular cylinder, of the pin tumbler. By the adoption of the structural design, the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion of the pin tumbler hole and the annular cylinder of the pin tumbler form hinder, meanwhile, the annular chute in the other end of the pin tumbler strengthens the hinder to technical nondestructive detection of the opening change of the pin tumbler, thus the opening change of the pin tumbler can be detected through the space between the pin tumbler hole and the pin tumbler by using a method except for a key, so that the pin tumbler lock has better safety performance.
