The cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating comprises powder, slurry and water, wherein the mass ratio of the powder to the slurry to the water is 1:(0.4-0.6):(0.6-0.7); the powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of quartz sand and 5-8 parts of silane coupling agent modified calcium aluminate; the slurry is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 10-20 parts of cross-linked flexible waterproof silicone rubber emulsion, 3-5 parts of methyl silicate, 3-5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-15 parts of deionized water and 0.2-0.4 part of auxiliaries; the viscosity of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 1300-2000 mPa.s at the temperature of 25 DEG C; and the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 94-98 mol%. The cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating provided by the invention has excellent impermeability and waterproof performance, and can obviously improve the problem that the waterproof effect is not lasting in an environment with large temperature change.
