The invention discloses a thermal-insulation waterproof material for interior decoration. The thermal-insulation waterproof material is a plate. The thermal-insulation waterproof material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-160 parts of cement, 70-150 parts of fly ash, 20-50 parts of a silicon-based aerogel composite material, 20-50 parts of lime, 10-20 parts of an organosilicon waterproofing agent, 10-20 parts of a foaming agent, 10-20 parts of an alkali activator, 10-20 parts of volcanic ash, 2-5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 2-5 parts of glass fibers and 40-80 parts of water. The silicon-based aerogel composite material and the organic silicon waterproof agent are added and cooperate with each other so that the water absorption rate of the thermal-insulation waterproof material can be remarkably reduced. The applicant researches and finds that the silicon-based aerogel composite material and the organic silicon waterproofing agent can inhibit hydration of cement and fly ash to a certain extent and reduce the compactness and mechanical properties of the cement and fly ash; by adding the volcanic ash as an active material, the problem can be well solved, the performance of the cement is improved, and the strength grade is adjusted; hydration heat is reduced, and alkali aggregate reaction is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于室内装修的保温防水材料,所述保温防水材料为板材,保温防水材料包括以下重量份原料:水泥80‑160份、粉煤灰70‑150份、硅基气凝胶复合材料20‑50份、石灰20‑50份、有机硅防水剂10‑20份、发泡剂10‑20份、碱激发剂10‑20份、火山灰10‑20份、稳泡剂2‑5份、玻璃纤维2‑5份和水40‑80份。本发明加入硅基气凝胶复合材料和有机硅防水剂,两者协同,可以显著降低保温防水材料的吸水率。经申请人研究发现,硅基气凝胶复合材料和有机硅防水剂会一定程度抑制水泥和粉煤灰的水化,降低其致密程度和力学性能;而本发明通过添加火山灰,其作为活性材料,能很好的解决该问题,改善水泥的性能,调整强度等级;降低水化热,减少碱骨料反应的发生。
