Process for making bricks by utilizing solid building wastes
The invention discloses a process for making bricks by utilizing solid building wastes, which comprises the following steps of: removing impurities, and only retaining solid wastes of bricks, tiles and concrete; crushing and screening the solid waste, and feeding the screened solid waste with the particle diameter of 5-20 mm into the next procedure; mixing the solid construction waste with other materials in proportion to form a mixed material; adding 15-25% of water into the mixed material to be evenly stirred, and forming a brick making blank; adding the brick making blank into a brick blank mold, pressing, molding, compacting, and demolding to obtain a brick blank; and standing the brick blank for a period of time, drying, roasting, and cooling after roasting to obtain the molded finished brick. The particle size of the solid waste is controlled within a certain range, some impurities are screened out, the reasonable proportion and selection of the raw materials are matched, so that the quality of the finished brick is guaranteed, meanwhile, the comprehensive performance and strength of the brick are improved, and the brick can meet the existing bearing requirement.
本发明公开了一种利用固体建筑废弃物制砖工艺，包括以下步骤：除去杂质，只保留砖瓦、混凝土固体废料；将固体废物进行破碎，筛分，筛分后颗粒直径5‑20mm的则送入到下一工序中；按照比例将固体建筑废弃物与其他材料混合，形成混合物料；混合物料中加15‑25％水搅拌均匀，形成制砖胚料；将制砖胚料加入到砖胚模具中，压制，成型密实后脱模，得到砖胚；将砖胚静置一段时间后进行干燥然后焙烧，焙烧完毕后冷却，即可得到成型的成品砖块；本发明使得固体废料的粒径大小控制一定的范围内且筛除一些杂质，配合原料的合理配比以及选择，从而保证成品砖块的质量，同时提高砖块的综合性能以及强度，使得和砖块能够满足现有的承重需求。
