The invention relates to a viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing low-molecular-weight isobutenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether, isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether and a proper amount of water ,controlling the temperature to range from 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C, and stirring uniformly; dropwise adding a material A consisting of a mixture aqueous solution of unsaturated carboxylic acid, a functional monomer and a chain transfer agent and a material B consisting of a mixture aqueous solution of a chain transfer agent and a reducing agent respectively, and controlling the dropwise adding time to be 2-4 hours; and after dropwise adding is finished, curing for 1-1.5 hours at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C, and cooling to obtain the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the solid content of 40%. The prepared water reducing agent is in a liquid state at normal temperature, is stable in storage performance, can effectively reduce the viscosity of high-grade concrete, especially machine-made sand concrete mixtures, is beneficial to concrete stirring, transportation and pumping, and is particularly suitable for popularization and application of pumping concrete of high-rise and super high-rise buildings and long-distance concrete conveying.
本发明涉及一种降粘型聚羧酸混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,包括:将低分子量异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚与适量水混合,控制温度为40~60℃,搅拌均匀;分别滴加由不饱和羧酸、功能单体、链转移剂的混合物水溶液组成的A料以及由链转移剂、还原剂的混合物水溶液组成的B料,滴加时间控制在2~4小时;滴加结束后,在30~50℃条件下熟化1~1.5h,降温制得固含量为40%的降粘型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明制备的减水剂在常温下为液态,贮存性能稳定,能够有效降低高标号混凝土尤其是机制砂混凝土拌合物粘度,有利于混凝土搅拌、运输和泵送,尤其适用高层、超高层建筑泵送混凝土以及长距离输送混凝土的推广与应用。
