The asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises a base layer, and a polyurethane thermal insulation layer, a woven mesh layer, an asphalt layer and an isolating membrane which are arranged on the base layer, wherein the asphalt layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of asphalt, 3-10 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 10-20 parts of water-based latex, 1-4 parts of an antioxidant and 0.5-3 part of a coagulator. The asphalt waterproof coiled material with high thermal insulation performance has dual functions of thermal insulation and waterproofing, and can effectively improve the engineering efficiency. The invention further provides a construction process of the asphalt waterproof coiled material with the high heat preservation performance, wherein the construction process is simple and easy to operate, and industrial application of the waterproof coiled material can be effectively promoted.
